Shaun Wixted (2007 On Deck O's) recently surprised his parents at a Phillies game after being deployed in Kuwait for a year. Shaun attended Butler High School and was a standout for the On Deck O's for several years.

Bob Mayberry Hyundai for years has been providing members of the On Deck Academy Family their “Family Pricing” and this is just an extra fun program they have decided to run for our organization.

During the 15 years of service to the greater-Charlotte area, On Deck Academy and its instructors have helped over 250 local players earn opportunities to play collegiately and/or professionally. Hundreds of other area youth have relied on the staff at On Deck to maximize their abilities and enjoy tremendous success at the recreation, travel, middle school, high school, college and professional levels...

2016 On Deck O's standout infielder, Todd Elwood (Piedmont HS), committed to the Charlotte 49ers this week! Todd has been a key contributor for the O's this summer and fall playing on the left side of the infield and setting the table for the offense in the lead off spot.

Congratulations to Blake Brown (2016 On Deck O's/North Gaston HS) who committed to East Carolina University! Blake is a phenomenal student-athlete with an electric arm. He truly loves to compete and takes his preparation and training very seriously.

We are proud to announce a new partnership for 2015! On Deck Academy is partnering with Habitat for Humanity Charlotte. There are many ways for our organization to join in and assist Habitat Charlotte with their mission to provide affordable housing to those who are less fortunate from our community.

Josh Boggs of Pitching 101 as he discusses the pros and cons of coaches calling pitchers with John Steele. Josh and John dissect when coaches go too far and harm the pitchers development and when calling pitches can be useful for a coach.

The On Deck O’s are one of the top showcase baseball organizations on the east coast. The  staff at On Deck Academy takes great pride in teaching young players to respect the game and value the team concept, while providing unrivaled individual skill development and exposure.
