🕒 2 Hours per Day · 3 Days per Week · 6 Hours of Training Weekly

🗓 Multiple Session Times Offered Daily – Monday through Saturday

Our 8-week summer training experience is designed for dedicated baseball and softball athletes ready to sharpen their skills, build strength, and elevate their performance during the off-season. With expert coaching, flexible scheduling, and access to powerful digital tools, this program delivers serious results.

💪 Program Highlights:

Strength & Speed Training (1 Hour Per Session)
Athletes will train three days per week, focusing on the key pillars of performance: speed, agility, change of direction (COD), strength, mobility, and power. This program integrates a Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model to ensure age-appropriate progressions that build not only short -term results but also long-term athletic potential. Each training week is strategically structured to include both dynamic effort and max effort strength training, promoting speed-strength and absolute strength while minimizing fatigue.


Sessions include:
Linear and multidirectional speed work
Agility and COD development
Mobility and movement quality
Max effort strength training for structural development
Dynamic effort work for speed and power expression

Defensive Footwork & Fundamentals
Refine glove work, footwork, and fielding techniques with infield/outfield-specific instruction.
Hitting Fundamentals
Improve swing mechanics, pitch tracking, and situational hitting through guided drills and live reps.
Arm Strength & Throwing Mechanics
Increase velocity and throwing efficiency while learning proper warm-up and arm care routines.

🏟 Academy-Style Scheduling Flexibility
Attend any 3 sessions per week, with sessions available multiple times per day, Monday through Saturday.

Customize your schedule weekly to accommodate vacations, camps, and other commitments.

Athletes are required to rest at least one day between training days.
