On Deck Affiliate Team Tryout – 12U

On Sunday, January 18th, 2026 at 4:30 PM, On Deck will host a 12U baseball tryout for one of our official affiliate teams. This tryout is for players interested in joining an On Deck–aligned team that operates within our organization’s development standards, culture, and training philosophy.
Important: Affiliate Team Tryout
This event is specifically a team selection tryout for an On Deck affiliate team. While the team competes independently, it is directly connected to On Deck, following the same core principles of player development, accountability, and competitive preparation that define our organization.
Players selected will be part of a program designed to support long-term growth through structured coaching, skill development, and a team-first environment within the On Deck system.

What to Expect
Players will be evaluated on overall athleticism, baseball fundamentals, effort, coachability, and positional skills. The tryout may include:

Athletic movement and warm-up

Defensive evaluations by position

Hitting evaluation

Pitching evaluation (as applicable)
What to Wear & Bring

Tennis shoes or turf shoes only (no cleats — indoor facility)

Baseball pants and hat

Glove (and catcher’s gear if applicable)
