The On Deck O’s are one of the premier showcase baseball organizations on the East Coast, proudly based at On Deck Academy in Charlotte, NC. At On Deck Academy, our dedicated staff focuses on instilling a deep respect for the game, a strong sense of teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to individual skill development and exposure.

Players at On Deck Academy benefit from expert coaching, receiving instruction in both individual and team settings, designed to strengthen their fundamental skills. Through this experience, they develop a true appreciation for baseball, along with the preparation needed to succeed on the field now and in the future.

For over 25 years, the On Deck O’s have consistently fielded elite teams, and more than 600 student-athletes have graduated from our program, going on to play at the collegiate level and beyond.
