On Deck Academy is proud to announce the commitment of Matthew Terwilliger (2026 On Deck O’s/Marvin Ridge HS) to Kutztown University! Matthew is a talented and impressive left-handed pitcher who has a tremendous upside and potential. He spent most of his high school career devoting time to multiple sports (baseball and football) before choosing to focus on baseball. Matt has been a big part of the O’s staff for years and he logged some very important innings on a big stage this summer and fall season. He has the ability to overwhelm hitters with his arm talent, and he will be fun to watch grow at his craft as he makes the jump to the collegiate level. Congratulations to Coach Folmar and the Bears staff. Kutztown landed an impressive student-athlete in this recruiting class!
We would also like to congratulate Matthew and his parents, Teresa and Allen, on this exciting accomplishment.
