On Deck Academy is proud to announce the commitment of Ryan Dyer (2025 On Deck O’s/Nation Ford High School) to USC Lancaster! Ryan is a talented pitcher who understands how to get hitters out and consistently puts his team in a great position to win. He is an outstanding competitor, and he has persevered through a few challenging injuries during his high school career. Ryan continued to work and believe in his ability. He has been a key member of the NAFO staff this year, and he has created an opportunity to continue his career at the college level.
Ryan has also been a committed member of the On Deck O’s for years, and we are thrilled to follow his success with the Lancers. Coach Calhoun and his staff deserve a lot of credit for recognizing and landing such a special student-athlete! We would also like to congratulate Ryan and his parents, Libby and Eddie, on this exciting accomplishment. On Deck Academy appreciates the efforts of Coach Stack and the NFHS staff through this developmental and recruitment process.
