Mindset Monday: Put yourself in uncomfortable situations in training

It is easy to set up a catcher or a tee to the middle of the plate. Create some pressure on yourself! If you’re a hitter, put the tee in on your hands to defend a two strike pitch! If you’re a pitcher, set up a dummy so he’s crowding the plate and dare to pitch in!

The more we do this, the more confidence we have in uncomfortable situations. Then the discomfort slowly starts to fade.
