At On Deck Academy, our performance training helps athletes move better, get stronger and faster, and stay available to practice and compete. We blend smart strength work, speed and plyometric training, mobility, and recovery habits—scaled to age, training history, and in-season/off-season needs—so athletes make steady progress without feeling beat up.

  1. Consultation (come meet us): We talk goals, sport/position, schedule, and training history.
  2. Individual Plan: We outline a plan that fits your calendar (off-season build, in-season maintain, or hybrid), including recommended session frequency and simple at-home support work.
  3. Train & Adjust: Athletes train in small groups or 1:1 with coaching that scales volume and intensity to practices and competitions. We keep communication open with families and coaches as needed.
