The On Deck O’s are one of the top showcase baseball organizations on the east coast. The On Deck O's are based out of On Deck Academy in Charlotte, NC.  The staff at On Deck Academy takes great pride in teaching young players to respect the game and value the team concept, while providing unrivaled individual skill development and exposure.

On Deck Academy players will enjoy learning the fundamentals of the game from a professional, experienced coaching staff through both individual and team training.

Respect and appreciation for the game of baseball, as well as quality preparation for success on the field now and at higher levels, is acquired through the On Deck experience.
