GENERAL PUBLIC IN-SEASON TRAINING SESSIONS



Our GP In-Season Training is designed for young athletes  to develop essential baseball skills while improving speed, agility, and strength in a fun and structured environment. Each class is divided into 30-minute segments, focusing on key aspects of the game:


Hitting + Strength Training – Build a strong, repeatable swing while incorporating age-appropriate strength exercises to enhance power, stability, and overall athleticism.

Defense + Speed & Agility – Improve fielding mechanics, footwork, and reaction time while developing better movement patterns for quickness and coordination.


Pitching - Develop pitching mechanics and elite command by learning cues/drills to optimize how we move, as well as learn how to properly warm up and recover from lots of throwing.
